Price Drop Guarantee Terms and Conditions

This program is part of Travel Nation's WE CARE PROMISE

Here's what you need to know:

  • Book a prepackaged vacation or Flight – they're all protected with Travel Nation's Price Drop Guarantee
  • If you notice on our website at a future date that the price of your flight or pre-packaged vacation has gone down, then check to make sure you are within the time period for making a claim. For flights, you can make a claim up to one day prior to your scheduled departure date. For prepackaged vacations, you can make a claim up to 30 days prior to your scheduled departure date.
  • If your price has dropped and you are within the applicable time periods as noted above, call one of our Travel Advisors during business hours right away.
  • The Travel Advisor will verify that the price of the exact product you purchased has gone down, and if so, you qualify. We'll issue you future travel dollars for the difference between what you paid and the new lower price, with no deduction for any type of admin or processing fee, and no maximum on the future travel vouchers you are entitled to earn.
  • Enjoy your travel.
  • Within ten days of returning, you will receive from us your future travel dollars to spend on your flight, prepackaged vacation, cruise or hotel booking. Your future travel dollars are valid for 12 months from the time we send them to you.

  • You can check for price drops as often as you like but you can only make one claim.
  • Future travel dollars cannot be transferred, shared or pooled.
  • Future travel dollars can only be earned if there is an exact match between the product you purchased and the lower priced product you are making a claim on. This means that there must be an exact match in supplier, tour operator, airline, flight number, flight times, departure and destination cities, duration, hotel/resort name, room type, meal plan, and all other special conditions of your original itinerary.
  • Future travel dollars can only be earned if there is an exact match as verified on our website by one of our Travel Advisors during business hours at the time you call in to make your claim. Also, your product must be available to be booked at the time you submit your claim.
  • Future travel dollars expire 12 months after we issue them.
  • Price drop claims can be submitted up until the day prior to departure for flight only bookings, and up until 30 days prior to departure for prepackaged vacation bookings.
  • Price drop claims are not applicable for cruises, hotels, groups, tours or other products ancillary to your flight or prepackaged vacation.
