We guarantee the best price. If you find a cheaper published price on a vacation package, cruise, hotel or car we will match it. It's that simple. Certain conditions apply.
With Travel Nation's Price Match Promise, you can book with confidence.
How it works:
- At the time of booking with Travel Nation, if you find a lower advertised Canadian dollar price on another Canadian retail website for the identical product, we will match that price provided it is eligible.
- Price Match Promise is applicable on select products only. See exclusions below.
- Call one of our experienced Travel Advisors at 1-844-5NATION for Price Match Promise eligibility before completing your reservation.
Terms & Conditions:
The lower price must be advertised on a Canadian retail website and must be for the identical product with the same booking conditions and inclusions.
The booking conditions are as follows:
Your travel originates from the same airport in Canada, itinerary must be an exact match including same supplier, trip length, date, flight itinerary, booking class, hotel, room category, meal plan, airline, ship, cabin class, car rental company, vehicle class. In all cases the applicable cancellation and refund policy must be the same. You must also meet all eligibility requirements imposed on the lower price (if any), including residency, regional and age-related requirements.
The lower price for the identical product must be available online at time of booking to qualify. The price advertised on the competitor’s website must be displayed and bookable in Canadian currency.
Excluded from the Price Match Promise: flight only, group bookings, special membership rates, corporate discounts or rates, loyalty points, any rewards programs or special promotions made available through the supplier, at source discounts, exclusive price agreements, wholesale prices not available to the public, flight itineraries on multiple airlines, prices obtained via auction or similar process, promo codes and or any other promotion not offered to the public. Also excluded from the Price Match Promise are products displayed through a website that doesn't reveal which property or accommodation type you'll be staying at until after you've booked, and pricing errors of the supplier or website operator.
The Price Match Promise applies to new purchases only. All Price Match Promise requests are subject to verification by Travel Nation. All requests will be reviewed during regular business hours. If a request is received outside of regular business hours, it will be reviewed on the next business day and is subject to availability and current pricing at time of verification.
Travel Nation reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or discontinue the Price Match Promise program at any given time without prior notice or liability.
